"Out of Sight" School Vacation Event at MBL

MBL, WOODS HOLE, MA—“Out of Sight!” - a school vacation week activity for middle-school students and their families, is being held on Wednesday, April 20th from 11 AM to 12:30 PM in the Marine Biological Laboratory’s (MBL) Loeb Laboratory, 18 MBL Street in Woods Hole. It will be a fascinating peek at life under the microscope, as students move from station to station, trying a variety of hands-on experiments, following along in their own observation booklet. This is a free event, sponsored by the MBL Associates. Registration is requested but not required. The Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) is dedicated to scientific discovery and improving the human condition through research and education in biology, biomedicine, and environmental science. Founded in Woods Hole, Massachusetts in 1888, the MBL is an independent, nonprofit corporation.

The MBL Associates are a group of individuals and businesses that support the scientific mission of the MBL through their gifts to the Annual Fund. The Associates sponsor educational and research programs for the MBL and raise funds for special projects.
