Public Invited to Charity and Volunteer Fair at MBL Thursday, March 9


Woods Hole, MA—The MBL (Marine Biological Laboratory) will host a Charity and Volunteer Fair Thursday, March 9 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM in the MBL’s Meigs Room, located in the Swope Center, MBL Street, Woods Hole. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.

Representatives from over 20 Cape and Islands non-profit organizations will be on hand to provide information on how you can enhance your life by giving back to the community. A wide range of non-profit groups will be participating in this event, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, People for Cats, and the Association to Preserve Cape Cod, helping to match people of all interests with suitable volunteer and giving opportunities.

Anyone attending may enter a free raffle of items donated by local artisans. Please join us and see how you can make a difference!
